Origin

VÉRTICE EXPERIENCES was founded on a clear premise: the luxury nautical market in Spain lacked an operator that truly understood both the sea and business. We are not a travel agency with boats. We are a specialist operator managing high-level nautical assets for corporate clients and private individuals who accept no mediocrity in any detail.

We started in Barcelona with a single vessel and one philosophy: that every trip to sea should be able to compete with the finest five-star hotel on shore. That obsession with detail led us to expand operations to Ibiza and Mallorca, and to build a fleet that now comprises six vessels ranging from 12 to 26 metres.

We have managed corporate conventions, product launches, board meetings, private crossings and personal celebrations of every kind. Each one under the same service protocol and the same standard of excellence, regardless of budget.

Absolute discretion

We operate with full confidentiality. We have standard non-disclosure agreements for crew and coordinators on events that require it, and we manage the identity of clients and their guests with the same rigour as a professional services firm.

No intermediaries

We manage every operation directly with the owners and nautical companies in our network. No brokers inflating costs or diluting quality. You speak to us; we handle the rest.

Excellence without exception

Every operation — whether a half-day charter or a 150-person convention — receives the same level of preparation and follow-through. There is no "standard" service at VÉRTICE: there is the right service for each client.

We have operating bases in Barcelona (Marina Vela and Port Olímpic), Ibiza (Marina Botafoch), Mallorca (Palma) and Tarragona. We also cover other western Mediterranean locations on prior request.

Our fleet covers everything from intimate groups of 4 guests to corporate events of up to 150 people. The assigned vessel depends on group size, event type and departure port. We recommend the best fit in the personalised proposal.

No. All our services include a licensed skipper and deckhand. All the client has to do is arrive at the boat: we handle navigation, safety and full operational logistics.

The base price always includes: vessel, skipper, deckhand, fuel, third-party liability insurance and approved safety equipment. Catering, water toys (seabob, paddleboard, snorkel), décor and additional services are quoted separately according to client preferences.

For peak season dates (June–September) and public holiday weekends, we recommend booking at least 3–4 weeks in advance. Outside peak season availability is greater, though we always advise confirming as early as possible to secure your preferred vessel.

Client safety is the priority. If weather conditions objectively prevent departure (Beaufort ≥ 5 or a harbour authority alert), we propose an alternative date or issue a full refund of the amount paid. We never proceed in unsuitable conditions.

Yes. We work with benchmark gastronomic providers to adapt menus to any preference or dietary requirement. Décor, corporate branding, music selection and general ambiance are coordinated with your team or events agency with sufficient lead time before departure.

Yes. We have standard industry NDAs for crew and coordinators on events that require it. If your company has its own confidentiality agreement template, we can work with that too. Discretion is part of the service, not an extra.
