How much does it cost to hire a boat for a corporate event in Barcelona?

Cost depends on group size, vessel and duration. As a guide: corporate events for 20–30 people range from €3,000 to €8,000; for 80–150 people, from €8,000 to €20,000. Includes vessel, crew and fuel. Catering and technical production are quoted separately.

Does my company need sailing experience to book?

No. All services include licensed skipper and deckhand. Your company only handles the event programme; we manage all navigation, safety and nautical logistics.

Can catering and décor be customised for corporate events?

Yes. We work with high-end catering providers in Barcelona and Ibiza. We can adapt menus, décor, corporate branding, bar service and live music or DJ.

Which areas do your nautical services cover?

We operate primarily from Barcelona, Ibiza, Mallorca and Formentera. We also cover other western Mediterranean destinations on request.

How far in advance should I book?

For corporate events over 50 people we recommend booking 4–6 weeks ahead in mid-season and 8–12 weeks for July and August. For smaller groups we can handle bookings with 7–10 days' notice.
