How much does a corporate yacht event in Barcelona cost? +
Prices range from €1,200 for a 3-4 hour outing with a vessel for up to 12 guests, to €8,000 or more for a full-day luxury yacht. Prices vary by vessel type, number of guests, duration, and additional services (catering, audiovisual setup, decoration). VAT is included in all quotes.
How many people can attend a corporate event on a boat? +
Our fleet accommodates events from 11 to 150 guests. For groups of 11-25 there are motor yachts such as Azimut or Sunseeker; for 25-80 guests, luxury catamarans; and for groups of 80-150, large-format vessels. Each proposal is tailored to the exact group size.
How far in advance should I book? +
For events in peak season (July-August) booking 4-8 weeks in advance is recommended, as availability is limited. In mid-season (May, June, September, October) 2-3 weeks is usually sufficient. For groups over 50 people or dates coinciding with trade fairs and conventions, booking as early as possible is advised.
What is included in the price of a luxury private charter? +
The price includes exclusive use of the vessel, professional crew (skipper and deckhand), third-party liability insurance, home port berthing, and certified safety equipment. It does not include catering or beverages, berthing fees at ports other than the home base, fuel beyond the agreed mileage, or crew gratuity.
