Activities
on board
Teams at the helm of different boats. Healthy competition, teamwork and Mediterranean adrenaline.
Role distribution on board: helmsman, winch operator, navigator. Each person has a vital function to reach the destination.
Anchoring in a cove with paddleboard, kayak and snorkel. Camaraderie off the boat, with the Mediterranean as the backdrop.
Decision-making under pressure at sea. Identification of natural leaders and improvement of communication between departments.
Scale flexibility: small management groups or large teams with regattas between several vessels.
We coordinate catering for full-day sessions. From cove picnics to elaborate menus depending on event duration.
From the dock
to the team
Briefing at the dock, role distribution and explanation of activities. Then 3–5 hours of dynamics at sea followed by lunch on board or in a cove.
The session ends with return to port and a shared moment of reflection on what was learned.
