The sea as a training
ground
Dynamic group experiences facilitated by a professional team coach. Nautical challenges, leadership dynamics and a competitive mini-regatta that puts communication and trust to the test. The sea eliminates hierarchies and builds real teams. No sailing experience required.
The facilitator adapts each dynamic to the group's profile: from executive teams to middle management and newly formed teams. Each participant discovers their natural role within the team in an environment of real challenge.

Boarding and team briefing
Welcome on board. The facilitator presents the day's objectives and ground rules. First contact with the vessel.

Deck cohesion dynamics
Trust and communication exercises in the marine environment. The team learns to work in a coordinated way before setting sail.

Nautical challenge: team regatta
Split into sub-teams for a facilitated mini-regatta. Decision-making under pressure, situational leadership and real-time conflict management.

Facilitated group reflection session
The facilitator leads the debrief: what worked, what to improve and how to transfer the learnings to the workplace.

On-board catering at anchor
Informal lunch on deck in calm waters. Space for relaxed conversation and closing of the day.

Return to port
Sailing back to Port Vell with a renewed team.

Docking at Port Vell
End of the activity. Farewell at the dock.
